Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of AOVify, a Shopify app provided by Build Grow Scale. By installing the app you agree to them.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. We never take a percentage of your upsell revenue.
- Free: $0. 1 active funnel, Every stage available, Up to 100 store orders / month.
- Build: $79/month or $790/year. All features, Unlimited funnels, Up to 1,499 store orders / month.
- Grow: $149/month or $1490/year. All features, Unlimited funnels, 1,500+ store orders / month.
- Scale: a custom private plan agreed with you in writing.
Order-based plan limits
Plans are based on your store's total orders in the last 30 days, counted from Shopify whether or not an upsell was shown or accepted, and recalculated daily. If your store goes over its plan, we show a notice recommending the right plan. Your live offers keep running. After a 7-day grace period, you can't activate new funnels until you upgrade.
Free trials
Paid public plans include a 14-day free trial per store. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
Annual billing
Yearly plans are charged up front for 12 months at a discount. Shopify handles refunds and proration according to its billing rules.
Cancellation
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Plans page, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling stops all charges and removes the app from your storefront.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AOVify for misleading offers, fake urgency, prohibited products, or anything that breaks Shopify's terms or the law. You are responsible for the offers, prices, and content you publish. We may suspend access for abuse.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the app and these terms; we'll notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Grow Scale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost sales. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
